# [[Original Agreement]]# [[Original Specification]] == Application of the Energy Limit to Rate of Fire ==The Universal Energy Limits are for the admins and field marshals use and to help players to use their guns with all the clubs. Any player that wishes to use their guns against the engagement rules (rate of fire or engagement distance) of a game host will be subject to disciplinary action at the game host's discretion and may be suspended from play. Universal Energy Limits will be used to classify players guns AT FM DISCRETION. If a player's gun is in the DMR performance range, then the player will ONLY BE ALLOWED TO USE IT AS DMR. Richmond Indoor is a CQB site. All guns will be subject to the CQB limit and Rate of Fire will be FM discretion. Players not participating within the host's rules will be subject to discipline at the game host's discretion.
