First off thank you for the feedback its really helpful.

I haven't considered an R or Z hop up because we are limited to bio bbs and I wasn't sure it would be worth it with the sizes we have available, however from what I hear from you guys it works pretty well. As for barrel I will definitely go prommy. My barrel is pretty good for accuracy as it is at the moment but from my inspection all I see is lost potential by using it. The bore is littered with rings and seems to have a few bends along the interior, nothing major but still.

So an r/z hop is definitely on the list, and a prommy, but not sure what size prommy. Im currently debating over the 6.05 and the 6.03. From what i hear the 6.03 will give me better accuracy but the 6.05 is better for range (although some say that's just a myth to sell the 6.05 in japan)
Some times you can go for a while on the field without seeing anyone else. A true trooper wont let that put him down. A true trooper will play with himself

if it helps kick you off the fence, I've bought 2 6.03 prommys, both 455mm and have nothing but good things to say. They work really well dirty.... unfortunately I found that out.

Range is not determined from your barrel per say. It's a cross between compression, FPS and bucking combo

If you are happy with your accuracy get a z hop kit and PROPERLY install it. Many people find that a good install will yield better accuracy as well as range.

DMR...anything 200ft is good! most of the bolt action guys shooting 500-550fps jump for joy if they hit a target at 250-275ft and that with $1000 plus tuned snipers.
you went FULL RETARD!!

200 ft is great, but I ask you as a fellow airsofter; when has one ever told thou not ugpradeth thy weapon to awesome, and thouth say not nay?

I was unaware of the available bio bbs. Last time I went to panther (about two weeks ago) .28 was the heaviest they had, but if there is better im very eager to upgrade.

Anyway I see a lot of potential in this gun and I feel like it can really be a great example of a dmr operating near the levels of a sniper. Especially if all considered one can say its pretty much a budget build compared to most snipers. I am being greedy here but hey why not?

Like Gunny said, if you want it tuned right, go to Damage. He is not expensive and has been doing it since you were in diapers.
Some people think I am trying to be sneaky, its really that my eyes are not as good and I have to make sure its a tree and not the enemy! Trees do not call hits. I have shot a few.

Hello. Sorry been hiding in my cave.

prommy barrels + r-hop +.30bb + go to game + tag someone past 200Ft =

I have been playing around with r-hopped 363mm and 455mm barrel. I see no difference in range.

My r-hopped Aeg AK shoots far almost the same range as my M4 peeteew. Both are DMRish sniper range.
