Pistol Maintenance

From my experiance, unless you are using a TM SOCOM MK23, 50 feet is pretty standard. Remember, the barrel in your pistol is waaaaay shorter then a barrel in any AEG, and it's not a tight bore. Plus, a pistol really isn't made for accuracy (besides the TM MK23). It's for those "Oh S#!t, my primary is down and some one is charging at me! Better transition to my secondary and get some rounds down range!" situations.

Ok good, i just want to make sure im not getting a crap gun for a 300$ price tag. The two primary reasons i want a pistol are just for the situatuions u pointed out and when u need to clear a room or building/youre charging someone. So far the usp does both and being nice and small its great for charging and fits perfectly in my hands. Just if i need to take someone at range, itd probably be better just to get primary back up instead of uaing my pistol i guess.

Exactly. If you're going to be trying to take someone down 50+ feet away from you, you're better off solving and fixing the issue with your primary (considering it's just something small like a dry mag or jam) then wasting BBs and trying to get them with a GBB pistol.

Sorry to reopen this topic, but recently ive been using my pistol and seem to have a consistent problem with shooting and having noo bb come out and once i point at the ground have all the bbs come out. Is it just because of the weather, or is it something else? I tried heating up the mags before firing but that didnt really help. Any ideas?

Ok pistol is almost new so i hope its not torn, but that would also explain the insane amount of curve on the shots i take. How can i check and how do i fix it?

EDIT: looked at the manual for hopup and turns out what i thought was down was up and up was down which explains a lot. Ill shoot it tomorrow and see if that solved my problem. If not ill head back to milsig and see if i can get it fixed. Thanks so much ur a lifesaver!
