Eye protection standards

I've read the getting started and safety requirements posts. Does something like this satisfy the requirements for eye protection? Just want to double check before purchasing.

They are good with the fan and they keep up with venting 90% of the time if you are a runner. Not to blow smoke up my butt.
if you are a runner you will need two fans.
