Just a final note, the gates open at 7 for the vendor setup etc, we will be putting any last minute touches in place.
The Generals mission folders are complete, including field maps ( laminated) dry erase pens, notepads etc, as well as clues to the bomb component wherebouts. These will be presented to the two team leaders in the morning once teams are in place.
I'm very much looking forward to our inaugural Airsoft event hoping everyone has fun, and trying to meet all the demands of planning everything
( one note I had ordered 2 extra Chronos and they haven't arrived as yet, hoping today, but just in case?....anyone able to bring a spare or two?)

Right here. Just say that you are coming on this thread and then show up. once you are at the field just walk up to the panther office and pay for your admission into the event and you are good to go

Prepurchase of tickets have been ongoing at the store, similar to paintball scenarios, sorry if that was missed, And 9:30 will be game speech and safety, by 10 you will be in your home base and ready to start, 10:15 after Generals have had 15 minutes with their clue package and maps the game will begin. I'd suggest maybe be ready by 9:30 and arrive accordingly.
Final note, there will be no parking lot staging, once you have signed in all staging will be in the neutral zone and building,
There are lockers onsite in the neutral area bring a lock

Two questions:
1: How are teams going to be split?
I want to be able to play with my team mates.

2: Can we go to the parking lot after the sim to grab guns for the shooting events?
