LMAG gameday Sunday March 31st

Post2013-04-01 / 15:19 UTC GMT +00:00

Absolutely amazing day for Airsoft. Not a cloud in the sky, not too hot and definitely not cold. Everyone enjoyed the Sims we played, So much so that we played it again the afternoon. Lots of team communication which was great to hear. (On a side note if you don’t have a radio and headset GET ONE!!! It changed the entire dynamic of your game play) Thanks to all the FM’s and Admins for getting everyone through the chrono station and getting everything setup.

PS: It was great to play with you PC, better not sell all your gear so we can do it again.

Thanks fellas.

What a great day with all that sunshine!
Good fire fights all day, lots of good com's (like Gunny said if you don't have a radio you should get one, it will take your fun factor way up).
Who was with me most of the day healing me? I didn't get your call sign but you can be my fire team partner any time!
The games were so close, we won in the morning with both flags but only with a minute and a half to spare!
In the afternoon we got our flag to grassy knoll but Six4 had your flag 400 feet from our base.
Thanks to every one who came and played and made it such a great day.
I liked the two player one hand touch. It made players stick together more and have to watch out for your teammates.

What can I say but what helluva day of airsoft!
On the downside, I heard of some players disapointed in the fact the yellow team won both games. I would like to say that I divided the teams the best I could. There are obvious teams that prefer to play together because thats what teams do. The team that won had radios, and as many regulars have posted, they can make a team so much better. If your whole team knows where the enemy is from one guy seeing him, you can be prepared for what you decide to do next. Let him pass or take him out.
I do my best to try to make the teams even, but each player has a different style of play as well. When I started playing here, the Pimps ruled the field and I was never on their team. Trust me, you have to learn fast or die often. I did both.
Some people think I am trying to be sneaky, its really that my eyes are not as good and I have to make sure its a tree and not the enemy! Trees do not call hits. I have shot a few.

was a great day of airsofting.

the game was a good one, playing in the afternoon again was perfect.

I was on the orange team and realy it was through no one persons fault we got our asses kicked, certainly not how the teams were picked! lack of comms and poor reaction to comms was the reason we failed! not any stacked teams, many times our team needed support either for the flag carrier or our base! but we had too many players off doing their own thing, I had know idea our flag was 40 feet from the yellow team base? we had 4 team mates right on top of the base and were about to pound on it, but we were told that our flag was in enemy hands , so we pulled out to support the grassy knoll right at the end of the game, little did we know where the flag was!!

Anyway thats the way she go's.

What I did notice.. with my own eyes and hearing some grumbling from others.... some players are wearing "kryptonite" armoury (in other words unkillable!) I hate to say it but it makes a person want to pour "massive" amounts of BBs into a player wearing this kind of gear!!

As Bushman mentioned, it takes a while to learn the field and learn the skills, some teams that have been together for a while work well together and are a challange!

Personally I love the challange, the better the team, the better competition, the better the game, it feels like more of an accomplishment when you do get one of them!
you went FULL RETARD!!

I'll add that medic style to the Game Mechanics record. I'll need to get the game details, too.

Had a nice morning walking the property. Although milsim type games are fun to play they unfortunately make very dull photo's and video. Looking forward to playing this weekend.
