Hee Hee I can still sneak a bit here and there without the old socom, thanks to damage for lending me his awesome M4 that think is a wicked AEG and it only Chrono's at 320fps and outranges almost everything out there. It shows you what kind of skills Damage has as a master gunsmith.

What a great day.... even though I only had a half day it was great. GBBR weather has arrived.... time to tune the piss out of my MSK.

games ran really smoothly. It was great to see a lot of pimps out for this gameday. Its about time you guys blew the dust off your guns and got out. ;)

Its unfortunate that a player got sent home without even a warning but the fact of the matter is he broke a rule. barrel condoms were the 1st thing I said in the safety speech and I did warn everyone that you will be sent home without a warning if the owner catches you without a barrel condom on. lessons learned.

thanks to everyone that showed up and thank you Deep 6 for popping my MSK cherry. :D

wow, 41 guys to start. That is great and will only get better. A bunch of new faces and nice to see a bunch of PIMPS on the field. If you think those 2 fields were nice wait till we get the upper area cleared out, it will blow your mind. Thanks to all that helped get the games going on time but we will have to see about getting the chrono done faster. Nobodys fault, just have to get ALL the waivers in before we go on field. There were some good battles out there and for the newer players, dont forget that we use our camo for all its worth. Some of us get to a position and wait for you. like the new kid in black, comes running up , gets shot, goes back to respawn and does it all over again. I wish I had that energy!
And the pistol games were fun until Shootie decides to flank our whole team and it happened so fast I didnt even know he shot me! Nice one Shootie! But dont forget what I always say, payback is a female dog. And thats it for me being politically correct this year.
Hope everyone had a good time and see you on the field. Because you wont see me. hehehe
Some people think I am trying to be sneaky, its really that my eyes are not as good and I have to make sure its a tree and not the enemy! Trees do not call hits. I have shot a few.

Yeah, the chronoing thing could be streamlined a bit. What's the verdict on running additional chronographs? Can we mock up our own chrono tent, so we aren't crowding theirs? Perhaps make it mandatory to pay, waiver, and chrono before donning any gear beyond safety eyewear. Cut-off could be safety briefing time, then you're stuck until second game, or have an additional $2.00 charge for late chrono entries, help pay LMAG for buying an additional chronograph that'll help streamline in the future.

I thought we had 3 chrono's out there, didn't we? The problem with another chrono station is we cannot go on the field without every waiver and $ handed in. Which means only 1 station.
But like last game day, those done first get to play a game before the others are ready.

we had 3 chronographs to our disposal last sunday. the problem is the chrono area. with more than 3 people in the chrono tent it gets awful squishy. and it doesn't help when paintballers bully there way into the tent to chrono as well. but we are guests there and have to be accommodating to the paintballers.

we need to set up a staging area for us airsofters. a place where we have 150+ feet of range to test our hop up and chrono before a game.

I thought the morning went pretty well as we were done the safety speech and almost everyone to the chrono station by 1010 which is faster than most times at Panther. With more players we all have to step up our help in getting things going and being early to get our shat together so that we have the time to run people thru chrono and such.

What we need to do now is get the chrono book out and zap straps going again, if we had a system in place to keep track of chronoed guns then we could cut the start time down quite a bit. This would rely on everyone being honest in regards to changes to their AEG but if you cant be honest about that you will get caught and flogged I mean dealt with.

I agree with floggings!

That whole "having our own chrono/range area" was what I was getting at. I didn't realize that there were several chronographs available. Basically staying out of the paintballers hair, and vice versa.

I'm fairly new, and don't know all of the dynamics, but I had my eye on that area at the top of the play area, starting in the north/west corner of the parking lot. Make a tent or covered area out of tarps and/or canvas, which is common stuff, I have a large tarp I can donate. Make it two chrono stations wide, and run it parallel along the north side of the netted area, just outside of it. Just close in a small range, and we have our own area. Just a thought. It may not work there, or Aaron might not want that.

We have something in the works for this, but it will take a bit more time, any help you can provide on build days can help push this along though :)
