im using the same batt for my top techs, they`re pretty good, one charge will last you the whole day.
if you are planning to stick it in the buffer tube it wont fit. for butt stock storage like G&G its good to go. I tried fitting it in a kingarms vltor stock its tight as well without a modding the battery space.
and one thing more...shipping with hobbyking takes a minimum of 1 month to arrive for lipo based battery.

I have been using that same brand of batteries for quite a while now, I have 3 more on the way. I find that they are a good quality batter for a cheap price.

shouldn't you be using a 11.1 for a PTW???? also I would highly recommend getting a higher discharge battery for your setup. you might overheat your battery using such a low discharge unit.

this is what I would recommend. I have 2 of them and love it.

11.1v
25-50c discharge
will fit into a buffer tube stock

Crash, Safer to go 11.1v 15c for ptws.

Yeah I was told that 50c is awfully hard on the motor.

damage would know a hell of a lot better than me. I just figured that since PTW's have such a beast of a motor it would need more amperage to run..... guess I was wrong.

Crash I use the same brand but use a 15c like damage says and are you using the crane stock or have you gone to a mil spec stock. I use the 11.1 lipo 1400 mah small stick that fits in both my ptw's. The longer ones fit in the crane stock easily but have to use the short versions for my fab defense stock.

PTW with lipo

Black: 7.4v 20c

Blue: 11.1v 20c

Gold: 11.1v 25c

We've had bad luck with lipos, like Airsoft and Firefox. Apparently Turnigy is the way to go with PTWs.
