Wiggly outer barrel.

I find my outer barrel gets wiggly after a few games, is this normal? I typically just tighten the two screws on the side of the outer barrel.
I was thinking of putting locktite in the screws so they don't wiggle out, would that be a good idea?

I did put 242 (BLUE) loctite on those set screw a couple of weeks ago.
they are pretty small 3mm you can pick-up a little 5ml tube of 262 (RED) loctite at Canadian Tire that is permanent but the size of the set screw is tough to lock that in permanently.
