there are lots of airsoft team playing in lower mainland, in Lmag you got 4 main teams; devil dogs, pimps, sgb and rangers,
most of the time you get recruited to join, it all depends on your understanding and over all atitude towards the sport and gameplay i suppose.

No Idea About 14 year olds. But don't rush in. I started in 2009 and helped start SGB along with Claymore, Haircut, Hangover, and a few others late last year. Play and enjoy the sport. Eventually you'll find yourself playing and teaming with a certain group of players, and if they're part of a team and like what you can bring to the team dynamics, chances are they might ask you to join. But again, don't rush. Enjoy the game.

Alright, so youre saying just play and naturally ill end up teaming up with people and naturally join my team and the only thing left would be to officially join. Do teams actually compete against each other or is it more like they go to games together and are always on the same team?

Pretty much yeah. For the first year or so, go to game days with no other ulterior motives besides bettering yourself at the game, and just enjoying it. And for the team thing, its the latter of the two. Usually sides on a game day get separated by combat patterns. Therefore if a team is all wearing the same pattern, 9.8/10 times they'll be on the same side.

Join a team in 4 simple steps
1. Acquire radio and headset
2. Listen to newly established voices in your head
