Hi, I'm very new to this stuff and I want to know if its possible to leave during a session/game day for ex: (April 6 Milsim) Becasue I work 3pm-10pm every Saturday and Sunday I really want to get into this sport but as you know a cooks life is the other way around the week or we could work something out?

Leaving during a game day is never advised. It leaves your team with a bad taste in their mouths about players that just up and leave. As FM's or Admins we take our time in picking teams that are going to be fair for everyone. If someone leaves it throws everything off balance.

Rule of thumb. If you must leave early on a regular game day leave at lunch and tell someone. don’t leave in the middle of game play.

during milsims, if you can’t commit to the SIM in its entirety, it’s not advised you show up to play. Sims generally run for 6+ hours with no breaks so when people leave it gets very frustrating.

Thanks Gunny. This is very helpful and yeah I never intent to leave during a game but like what you said leave during breaks (way more civil)... I'll go work something out in my work place...

Is there a game day by any chance on Monday - Wendnesday? Thats my off if not then I really need to find a new career then
