As for the cheeking situation it might be hard for you to learn how to cheek your gun with a face mask in the way, but that doesn't mean it can't be done.(I see people tilting their head to look down their sights)
You can always go play at panther with the panther airsoft group so that you can hone your skills.
Last game I got 3 confirmed hits (others there were a few of us shooting at the same person) but I also helped other people by providing suppressing fire, pointing people out they hadn't seen and reviving people(when I was a medic).
Airsoft doesn't have to be about how many hits you get, I like to help out my team mates and to work as a team.
I love teamwork and that bubbly feeling u get when u toss a team mate a mag and he proceeds to win the game because of that mag. As for the mask, its hard but hopefully ill get used to it. Good thing about the radio, vox is turned off, its just that after i change the channel i get like 6 more things. Like qt, and ivox and a little symbol with clouds.

I do this of course with empty mags and no battery or hop up/Inner barrel in the rifle so that it is as safe as possible. But I probably spend at least 20 min a day just practicing quick mag changes, tactical mag changes, pistol transitions, stance and movement transitions, driving my gun and working my trigger finger at a few targets in my room, and I find my game consistently getting better every time I am down for a game. Now, for cheeking the rifle and having to wear a full-face mask, yeah that probably would be a little difficult. But where ever there is a will there is a way

I like the quote. However as i am only thirteen i still with my parents and my mom isnt the coolest about me swinging a toy gun around when i could be using the time to study. However ill try to spend maybe 15 mins a day practicing what u specified.
