Airsoft depot horrible service...

Just finished dealing with Airsoft depot, and I must say I was very unimpressed with their lack of communication and the complete lack of care to their customers.

I have placed orders with them in the past and all of those transactions were 80%perfect.

2 weeks ago I ordered 20,000 bb’s paid in full. A full week went by and I got absolutely zero information as to the status of my order. By that point I send not 2 but 3 emails politely asking what is the holdup with my order and why it hasn’t been shipped out to me.

After a week and a half of frustration and still zero attempts to contact me I filed a dispute with PayPal.

2 days later I found out that Airsoft depot has given me a FULL REFUND and our transaction was over. It was still a piss off that even after they gave me my money back they didn’t have the balls to explain themselves.

Just ordered a PBS1 and what showed up was not the same as the pic.... Lame.

Usually very good to me, but ... :(

LOL, years ago I ordered an outer barrel and it was wrapped in a black thin garbage bag without any paddings, bubble wrap and box at all. The tip had a dent when I received it.
