Remember "How Not To Be Useless"?

What do you think about Boot Camps?
At Airsoft Canada, they were discussing player roles and "How not to be Useless Playing...". (Let's see if anyone wants to revive them. )

I'm talking about standardization of the content, the info given at such a course if you will so that no matter where you are at, the basic info will be the same.

If you want a better general quality of players without sacrificing the players that are already playing, there will need to be some way to put everyone up to speed on some basics and the growing pool of players every year has to be adressed with concrete solutions in an inclusive and available state.

You've got teams now of 8 players who are total noobs but in the days, people were coming in by 2-3 every year.

Anyway, this is already becoming a problem here and now thus justifying the post's topic so we're just like the other teams before us that saw the giant ball coming to smash us and we decided to do something about it so were giving a public bootcamp to help people who desire it to get to speed and not suffer longer then they have to from beings noobs and who knows, maybe the next years, other teams will join in and make this a normal habit at the start of the season.

Just sharing our toughts on it and wondering how you approch this problem.

Right now, this is what we're doing here so we'll see in a couple of years if things got better.

sounds good jes, although there just having issues figuring out how there going to run games there with the want and need of two kinds of groups....also I think there is a little bit of we gunna do it our way there right now since a few have been given the rains to run airsoft, unfortunately they are re writing and inventing a wheel we all constructed years ago, hence that is why the have such a successful interest in airsoft, I think I am just going to sit back and watch the show and see whre the chips fall
