If like minded people that want to see structure for the future are able to work with the Drop ins or new players coming in to the sport..then there is a chance.
but that would have to be something worked out with PP , it would be very simple for them to have players go through a mini camp and host some advanced training 4-5 times a years, it would cost them nothing since I am sure there would be a hand full of vets that would host this introduction and structured briefings and training.
Then have a set of "field rules" that are instructed and enforced...too easy...but that would take cooperation with the field!
otherwise whos going to teach this and when? as new players roll in weekly and pick up bad habits.
so right there is the easiest and simplest way to get players to start to play a proper game, we cant blame them since they don't know right...
Give the experienced Airsoft players 3 months at some briefings and in field training and the structure will return just that fast...why? because the new players will have no choice but learn the proper way if they have to go through some introduction in order to use the $1000 worth of gear, just like they have to do when mommy and daddy put them in any other sport!
