What's a TM G36C worth these days?

Question in the title, I've got someone wanting to buy my TM G36C but I have no idea what its worth anymore, it used to be $500+ but now it seems like that's dropped considerably. It's in average condition for a used gun, stock, 2 lo-caps 1 hi-cap

I've seen a few for sale around $300, not sure what they sold for but that seems to be the average list price locally.

It is hard to get a good dollar for TMs from the old days, I paid $500-$600 for them back when they didn't exist
,
But now you can buy guns like the G36 brand new for $175-$275 (based on similar internals and body integrity) and they shoot 370-400fps where as the stock TMs are 280-295fps.

$200 - $250 Like new in box, with nothing.
$200 - $300 with minor upgrades, magazines, batteries, etc.
$300 - $500 Fully tricked out with high end upgrades, sights, magazines, etc.
