Good or Bad I throw a grenade in the Box, I sent Walmart CA an email & posted a comment in the product review area.
It states that they take 5 to 7 days to post comments, so I DON'T expect that they will post my comment.

I posted "Walmart Canada is breaking Canadian LAW. They are willfully breaking the law, this gun does NOT meet the legal requirements to enter Canada to be sold legally in Canada. The CBSA are not doing their job. No matter how big you are everyone needs to follow the law."

You can bend "The LAW" but you Can Not willfully Break them. Can you spot the infraction?

328 fps with .2 gram bbs....

I haven't really looked at the canadian laws but does it specify that the fps be measured with .2g bbs or .12g will do to carry it over the fps line of 407fps(i think)

TjFast you are correct.

It just pisses me off then I see a big company like Walmart putting their hand into a specialty product line that they have no Idea what it is about and to blatantly break the law. I was told that ignorance is not a defense.
When the rest of us have to follow a just law then ALL should have too.

they have a couple different full metal guns at princess auto for like 250 a piece no name brand on the guns at all though but they dont look that bad

last time i went into princess auto i looked at what they had, the full metal ones they had at the time were co2 pellet guns not airsoft, the clear bodied ones were airsoft/softair

the metal ones that you saw are probably king arms ie thompson, dragonuv sr and a wingun revolver. i asked the sale clerk at their coquitlam store regarding warranties and apparently it has a 1 yr warranty like most of their stuff.
