New years Day afteraction

Post2014-01-02 / 04:17 UTC GMT +00:00

Great day today, weather was perfect, game was good and competition was fun.

would like to thank all the LMAG staff that made it possible and put in the extra time and effort to make it a successful day, the prizes were great and the food (Chilly and pulled pork) hit the spot!!

It was nice to see many new or newer player's participate in the shooting comp, it gave everyone the experience and new perspective/respect for multi guns usage while making mag changes on the run, while testing accuracy and keeping muzzle control and gun safety in mind.

Thanks again for a fun day!!

Muchos Gracias to all the people that set this up. A great game that even though it turned into quite the stalemate, was memorable. A big ICP worthy "Whoop Whoop!" goes to gunny setting up that costa/haley worthy ISPC style course. Today was definitely worth the only 2 hour sleep.
Oh Herro Prease.
I've been around the lower mainland twice, shot everyone once.
No Glock I can't rock

I've heard pistons strip
I seen players slip

Thanks to all you players that helped make it a great start for the new year! Just think, the more guys that become a member means more $ that goes towards days like that. Gunny's course was awesome! watching guys run like hell and grab and load a gun to start shooting was fun to watch and even better when its your turn. Next time maybe we break it into classes how long you have been playing so more newer players can win prizes. And congrats to one of the new guys for finding a red cup and keeping it the whole game. This club is for all of you, so the more you come out and play the more you support it and help make it more fun.
You never know, all this training may save your life some day.

Some people think I am trying to be sneaky, its really that my eyes are not as good and I have to make sure its a tree and not the enemy! Trees do not call hits. I have shot a few.

Super fun day and great competition at the end, but just to clarify that the orange team did win the game due to the fact that I did steal the other teams VIP and although I did not get him to our base in time I did however dispatch him with a double tap to the forhead ending his tyranical reign forever.

^^^ Oh, then technically the non-orange team won. Cause I got a 3 kill streak, so I called in an airstrike......just kidding. Good work Deep6!

ah yes, forgot to give kudo's to Deep6 for his capture of our base C0/cardboard guy! in his typical sneaky fashion, got into our base while our backs were turned and stole the man, I was no more than 60 feet from our base when he got in, well done deep 8-)
