Tan, Coyote brown, dark earth, etc, works everywhere, but only if you're using it to break up your gear or patterns. At MRP if I was going to wear a solid color all over, and I wouldn't, it'd have to be OD over CB. When people think forest, they think green, but only the branches, leaves, and foliage are usually green, with maybe a bit of moss in there. Half of it you can't even reach. Everything else is earthy tones like tan, brown, etc. Even blacks, shadow, sunlight, whatever. CB works very well here. I guess if it's a piece of kit here and there on your load-out, tan colors like CB are way more versatile, but for a field like MRP, either will work well for you.
I never wear an emblem, garment or title I have not earned. I never pretend to be, claim to be nor impersonate someone or something I am not. I never diminish, disrespect nor depreciate the sacrifices of true heroes. I utilize military style gear, equipment and tactics as they are the best and most appropriate tools for the job. I am a combat sports athlete.
