First Airsoft
http://www.redwolfairsoft.com/redwolf/a ... _Grade.htm

Actually had red (paint balls) for it. Still have it. Was around 100.00 probably 10 years ago.

First AEG
M4 CQB Light Max. Plastic body but "max" guts. shot closed to 450 fps when I got it and was horrified when I shot it in my house at some paper thinking I was gonna get shot by these on the field! Quickly downgraded and gave it a metal body.

And yes, still have it. In my Hall of fame collection.

My first AEG was a G&P Canadian Carbine I got from the boxing day sale at torontoairsoft.com, it is a $500 gun but I paid $200 (they only had 5 at that price). I am glad that I bought it, it has been one fantastic gun. I've probably spent another $200 on externals and small upgrades, but so far it has been an extremely reliable rifle. I have handled a few other G&P M4's since then as well and have always found them to be very good quality.

Technically I did buy a JG G36C at the same time (also on sale for cheap), this was intended to be my backup AEG, and since I didn't really want to break the M4 I also played around with the gearbox and such on this gun, kinda my learning gun. I wouldn't really recommend it as a first gun though, the use of some metal parts and some plastic on the internals have caused a number of small parts to break and require replacements, after breaking it a few times I've actually decided that after I fix it back up this time I'm going to part ways with this rifle.

First real AEG (aside from the walmart Crosman R72 Pulse) was supposed to be a G&G M4 CQB-R (looks like the NSW's Mod0), but buyairsoft.ca fugged up on their inventory and sent a G&G M16A4 instead. But i was still pretty happy. I liked it. At the time I was a cadet and thought "oooooh I can make this look like a C7 n stuff!". But really in hind site, my fist AEG wasn't my choice, it was someone elses because their company can't count. Funny eh?

No Glock I can't rock
no field fee too high
no drive too far

learned a lot of lessons on the field.

I've heard pistons strip
I seen players slip

never use low quality bb's in a high quality gun
.20's are for chronoing
.12's are for kids
no enemy too far, no gear too queer
I wear more then I have
any gun worth hauling is worth overhauling.

I have a thing for ugly guns and British kit. My first AEG was an ICS L85A2. I ordered a box of 5 midcaps before I even bought the gun. I still use the gun three years later. Easiest AEG in the world to work on.

My first gun that wasnt Can. Tire, a TM MP5. Grteat gun for $300. Then my son started playing airsoft on the ferry with us and decided to go for a gun with mags cheap and easy to get. One ICS m4 and one ICS M16. Stil have the m4 after a good 8+ years. Only replaced pistons and new wiring installed by Damage. A split mech box is soooooo nice.
Some people think I am trying to be sneaky, its really that my eyes are not as good and I have to make sure its a tree and not the enemy! Trees do not call hits. I have shot a few.

My first airsoft gun was Haircut's hammy-downs a Crossman R72 plus clear-soft $98USD. you got to check-out this awesome review. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EZ3_oPekKew

I refuse to pay $600 for a used full metal (maybe upgraded) gun or put my money ($650+) up front for the next "legal ;) gun shipment. It took me hours of research (10 months) to figure out how to legally import a full metal gun into Canada. I was the first one around these parts, and as far as I can tell based on ASC. One of the first in Canada to figure it out  .

So my First real airsoft gun was KWA S-system. Ironically it was a Lemon Broke down first time after second Mag 360+ shoots, the spur gear. Got it back then First game third mag into the game LOCKS UP, Tappet plate shattered.
Long story short, US retailer sends me a new KWA S-system it gets seized at the border  . I have to learn how to fix my first airsoft gun. Seven months latter I WIN my appeal on the KWA. That gun is the workhorse that Rampage uses and 2+ years later we did some maintenance for the FIRST time go figure :o .

TM Sig 552 so long ago I had to pick it up behind the Timmy's in Richmond paid $300 for it in 2001ish at that time was not easy getting your hands on an AEG and they went for a premium as well. I still have it up until a few weeks back I was playing it more until it crapped out on me have yet to look at it but I will shot many an old time player back in the Malice,Tripwire,Obelisk and even Golem days....we need a 40+ game lol

My first AEG was the TM AUG and man did I pay out the ass for it as back in those days if you bought a TM You payed ($750), It didn't stay in my hands for too long due to the insane addiction I had back then for buying and trading.
