I'm not a bragger... But last weekend SGB with help cleared the decks and won the morning game with swift deceive tactics.
In the afternoon the DD and their merks put up a fight but in the end with precision movements SGB rolled in with a minute to spare.

but i must admit that as of right now it seems that SGB is the team to beat especially after sundays game, but numbers will do that for ya
as far as teams go i find that they all have a cycle and sgb is on its way up.

I know that my team mates and I have lots of fun cross training and partying with DD

and for sure I'd be down for a team death match lets start planning it for the end of summer....that way you all can get alot of practice in before the very best team P.I.M.P. wins it all

I was a Merc Sunday and helped SGB to that morning victory, I stopped Noir from walking right into the dogs grasp with the first package in hand, then held down the base and circled around back to wipe out the attacking force (with your help). We will see how it goes next time now that I'm a Devil Dog. Better watch your own 6

Haha, thats funny Claymore, we get to our start point and most of our team is to old or gimped to even try to move fast and sgb had mostly younger and fit players so I am glad you werent bragging. And the afternoon game was most of your team at the back around the respawn and we were all at the halfway point so we had to fight for every inch and your team had it easy if they had a hallway to get through. You should have won that game earlier if you had sent more players forward with the other half around your respawn.
Just think guys, when we all go to an out of town game with our mix of players we will be unstoppable. GO LMAG!

I tend to agree with a couple post saying it is a good Idea to get out and develop relations with a majoirty of the players first, as in any team getting to know your mates and develop some comradery first is the most important thing, not everyone is team mate material, you need players that are dedicated and responcible, everything else will look after it self after that.
and you need to know what kind of game they are into, Hard corps rambos, chairsofters, kit whores, agressive or campers?

we have three more advanced teams in LMAG that are regulary active right now, all the guys are great, they all get along, they all have fun and on any day of the week they all have the skill to school just about any airsofters head on or tactical that I have seen anywhere in the Lower mainland! and they have fun and are well respected while they do it.

Also, do you want anyone on your team?
How often can they play?
Do they have gear?
And for teams radios should be a requirement, you need to know where they are, especially after a respawn!
Do you get along?
And like Cook Off said, what style of player are they?
It's not as easy as you may think.

we need an old timers team too!! anyone born in the 1950-60's to start

requirments.... must be able to walk to one end of the field and back, be able to bend at the waist, kneel for at least 30seconds with out cramping and see both front and rear sight on you AEG at the same time with out getting dizzy!
