 Airsoft Team - $1 (Surrey ish)

Looking to make and build an airsoft team. We will get some training, experience, camaraderie and some fun. We will have access to military training without the commitment or yelling. 
My only preference is people 18 or older. (I will take younger players but your parent has to play. This is what I have from the organizations)
Everyone is welcome to come out, it doesn't matter you age, weight, or experience.
Plus if anyone has land or knows of a place where we can practice that would also be great.

Are you trying to make a team so you guys can just practise together to have fun? Or are you planning on playing with LMAG and putting your team up against some veteran teams.

SGB has been moving up in the ranks. Definite improvement over the last couple months :)

no field fee too high
no drive too far
no SIM too long
no walk to hard
learned a lot of lessons on the field.
lunch is for pussies,
I've heard pistons strip
I seen players slip
I'm a marine I'm a seal, depending on how I feel
never use low quality bb's in a high quality gun
.20's are for chronoing
.12's are for kids
no enemy too far, no gear too queer
I wear more then I have
any gun worth hauling is worth overhauling.
I participate, I operate I don't discriminate,
I'm a rooting tooting bb shooting

I joke. Laughs are being had by all.

But my 2 cents. This isnt the way to start a team. Best way is to start it organically and from scratch. Come out, play, meet guys, find out who's a free agent, play with them (that's what she said), chill outside of airsoft, bring up the idea, and take er from there.
