Looks like the LMAG video unit is starting to gel. That's three able players (some contacted us by private messages) who can help out. Super cool!

As far as collecting the footage, we will get players to upload them to a specific FTP area on the site so the video unit guys can get them.

We will set up the FTP area so the video unit will be able to upload finished videos there as well as post them to YouTube.

Alright sounds great! one question would be whether we would upload the videos to seperate youtube accounts or whether we should make an LMAG youtube channel and we can upload our clips there. As soon as the FTP is up and i get my hands on those clips ill start working on an intro and kind of introductory video which would include some interviews with players and voiced over some game clips. What do you think? This is gonna be awesome!

LMAG is interested in starting a YouTube channel where a qualified and interested volunteer can post compile these clips and post them to promote the Lower Mainland Airsoft Group.

You have a few hours a month that you can devote to collecting the clips, organizing them, managing the submissions, and posting them to YouTube. You also have experience working with video editors, the forum, FTP sites, and YouTube.

We would set up a zone on the FTP site for you to collect submissions and a zone on the forums to coordinate the video submissions.

What do you think? Serious volunteers can contact any admin for more information.

Sorry my bad, i must have missed that part when i was reading. Would one person post to that channel, or would we all share the account though? It says one person in the op but we have three volunteers. I don't have a youtube account so i could make one under LMAG or you could make one and share the password. Whatever works best for you. Just tell me what you need me to do, and ill do it. Be it filming, editing, or both! (Hopefully!)
