As Iceback is canceled this year, another opportunity has sprung up, almost over night....

"We have a verbal agreement in place for the dates of August 12, 13 and 14th 2016. I've already edited 1st draft of the agreement so it'll be signed this week.
We require 100 tickets sales to confirm the game as they have lowered the initial payment and deposit.
100 people before July 12th. If we can't get 100 game will be cancelled and money refunded on the 13th of July.

At the Gate $210
Maximum number of players at this will be 180.
Trigger Airsoft has come to the table to sponsor the game as well as DS Tactical will also be involved."
- Building interior access will be off limits for this year. I know this is a bummer however they are giving us a go this year against their better judgement. If we manage to pull of the weekend without damages to the property and the buildings we will have access for year 2. Playing on porches, decks etc. and around the buildings is a non issue.
- we will be building bunkers instead to allow fixed positions.
- Camping we are are still hashing out.
- Security/parking attendants will be onsite to ensure everybody can park and the site is secure from lookie loos.
- Saturday night will be dinner will be catered, it will be a 2 hour down time, food is included in ticket price. A mess hall will be setup and a local Kamloops company will cater that night.
- field size is increased to include western creek area, fields and another area.
Other than that we are just waiting on the final items listed above and we can run the game in August. Prepay will be open with 48 hours. Prepay tickets will be $165 till July 15th with incremental pricing going into effect at that time.
If we DO NOT reach the deposit threshold of $6000 or 40 prepay tickets sold by the 20th of June the game will be cancelled. At that time all tickets purchases will be refunded with proof of payment.
Lastly, game rules and outline as well as team pages will be listed within the next 24-48 hours. Currently the only KIT rule is that it is a MID CAP game only. Players found to be using or breaking ammo limit rules will suffer 20, 60 and 120 minute respawns. We would prefer that Russian/Soviet style players one team / Resistance/USA forces be another however play your choice.
