SAFETY RULES (PANTHER)

• Safe Zones include parking area and set up area (goggle-free areas)
• Panther Basic Safety Rules apply
• Barrel condom on in safe zones
• Magazines out of all weapons in safe zones
• Approved Sealed Ballistic Goggles worn in all game zones
• Muzzle velocity limits in feet per second using 0.20g BBs
  
  • 400 fps (1.48 J) maximum
  • 500 fps (2.30 J) bolt action rifle maximum
• shooting rules
  
  • semi auto only closer than 30 ft
  • semi auto only attacking and defending structures
  • blind firing prohibited
  • mercy rules within 10 ft for 400 fps guns
  • 500 fps guns only shoot at targets further than 100 ft
• Host reserves right to extend basic safety rules

0915 to 1025 : AEG-Kit Prep/FPS Check/Game Fee Collection
1030 - 1045 : Panther Safety Briefing
1045 - 1100 : Game Set Up
1100 : Morning Phase
1300 : Lunch
1345 : Gear Up
1400 : Afternoon Phase
1600 : End Game (variable depending on the day light/weather, etc)

BEFORE YOU GET TO PLAY:

1. AEGs and Snipers firing over listed FPS limits are PROHIBITED. (Random FPS checks are enforced)
2. Mandatory informing the Admins/FM's if you are using a weapon over 400 fps. (Random FPS checks are enforced)
3. Games will proceed in all weather conditions.
4. Panther field Bio BBs ONLY.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

• paintball barrel condom for your AEGs in the SAFE ZONE, (Any other blockage device is not acceptable)
• sealed goggles (paintball approved or ballistic, ASTM F1776-09 or sealed Z87.1)
• RED Kill Rag
• Full Face Protection for players under 18

HELPFUL EQUIPMENT

• working GMRS-capable Radio (handheld transceiver)

AGE LIMITS

• Minimum Player Age Restriction: probably 12 years old

In a corner of North America, on the west coast of what was once a lush and resource-abundant British Columbia, you've found yourself in battle once more, squabbling with others of your calling over the last, pristine water source. The Corporate Wars - little more than entertainment for the global elite, now - have brought you here. Will you side with Monsanto? Or will you fly the banner of DuPont?

Trying desperately to stand between these two giants are what remains of the United Nations. Trying, and failing, to delay yet another war.

Show up early! Gates open at 9. You can pay and register right away. At 10, We start to choose which team you play for, to even things out if needed. Get there before then, and your friends, too.

The game starts at 11:00 am. Game briefing will be around 10:15-10:30. You need to be geared and chrono'd before then, because we aren't going to delay the start for you. You're either ready to go, or you're joining the game after it has started.

Polarstars REQUIRE chrono-locks. This is a new field policy, as of this year. We're enforcing it, you had best follow it. Our concern is the safety, and enjoyment, of all. You are a special snowflake, we understand. But the other snowflakes would like to know that your gear is functioning within acceptable FPS limits.
